“3 main things people look for: 1. Customer service: I was greeted with a very warm welcome from the owner. I was also taught a few things & given great advice on tea! 2. Product: Fresh tea!!!! Weighted tea is not only the most beneficial form of tea, but the overall freshness of the outsourced tea speaks for itself. 3. Cleanliness & Ambiance: Very clean & organized. The atmosphere is very purposeful. Makes you want to do a tea tasting to fully immerse yourself in the experience being there. No other tea room has customer service & products as need based as Serenity Moon Tea. You can't call yourself a tea person if this is not a regular destination when you're in the area.“
“Bought some Lychee Black Tea, two koi fish cups, and a clay tea pot. The gentleman who worked there was very sweet. He packaged our items nicely, as we will be traveling on a plane. We got home and had the tea and it’s one of my new favorite teas in my collection. 10/10 recommendation for this tea shop. 🍵“

“I have been here for years. Gracie and her husband go on tea buying trips to in effort to bring back the best teas of of various grades.“
“While in Seattle, I bumped into this CUTE storefront, tastefully tucked in a nearby alley. The employee took the time to share her extensive knowledge on teas, overviewing oolongs and other nuances to me. I have sought other tea spots, but nothing quite hits the mark like this spot did. Needless to say, I began online ordering. The shipment was fast in beautiful packaging with a handwritten note. The tea is excellent as well. I do recommend this spot if you’re exploring loose leaf tea.“

“My favorite bubble tea in Seattle!!“
“I reached out to this local company directly bc the place we usually buy their product from was closed (ginger turmeric tea from Columbia city bakery). The owner responded quickly and offered to deliver to our porch! I ordered both the turmeric tea and masala chai. She and her husband delivered to our porch and even included a handwritten thank you note and this very generous gift! I loveeeeee travel mugs and water bottles as much as I love their product. The chai is perfectly flavored and the turmeric tea is soothing.“

“Love a good local boba shop!! I first visited the Roosevelt Tea Addicts and was _obsessed_, so imagine my delight when I discovered that there was another location in my neighborhood! I especially love their blended yogurts, which is the perfect combination of fresh fruity flavors and tangy Greek yogurt; it feels similar to a yogurt parfait, but more drinkable. I’ve always loved boba and Asian yogurt (although this is not Asian yogurt), so this is a fun combination of the two. The staff is super speedy — I usually order online ~5 min before I walk in to pick up, and it’s always ready — and very friendly! The space is quite small, with only bar seating along the windowsill, but they’ve managed to do a lot with such a small space. The sunlight and predominantly white walls makes the store feel bigger and brighter, and they have a ton of cute wall art that makes it feel a bit more homey. They also have a selection of manga that you can read while sipping on your boba.“

“I recently visited Big Orange in Southcenter, excited to try one of their signature boba teas. I went with the piña colada flavor, and while it was good, it leaned heavily into a coconut profile. If you’re a coconut lover, you might really enjoy it, but it wasn’t quite what I expected.
The atmosphere was nice, and they have a big, eye-catching orange sign that makes them easy to spot. The staff were friendly and efficient, which was a plus.
One thing to note is that the price was about $11, which felt a bit steep for a single drink. Next time, I might try a different option from their menu before deciding!“
