I had bhel and it tasted like what I have back home in India which says a lot about the authenticity of the dish. Aditi was very nice and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.
I reached out to this local company directly bc the place we usually buy their product from was closed (ginger turmeric tea from Columbia city bakery). The owner responded quickly and offered to deliver to our porch! I ordered both the turmeric tea and masala chai. Fabulous!! This is one of our must-stop locations when we come to Pike Place Market - the traditional chai is lovely and unique, with mint and lemongrass and the perfect (light) amount of sweetness. We always love trying their yummy food options, which are a perfect snack while walking the market & offers such different flavors to the usual fare.
