Lovely place to go for a meal customized to what you feel like eating. I had stir fry made in a minute with my chosen ingredients. It was so fresh and good. Unlike other buffets, including the ones at Vegas,I feel like I ate healthy yet tasty food. Not filled with overeating self disgust afterwards. Recommend the custard steamed bun,the shrimp stir fry and the crisp green beans. Very clean. My wife & I had dinner at Fuji yesterday evening. The Fuji buffet has many options to appease Asian appetites and the service was great. Everything on the buffet was fresh, hot, & tasty. Dinner includes Dungeness crab & Snow crab (with melted butter), and there are many more options on the buffet that do not require the work that is required for cracking crab. Price is reasonable.

A pleasant surprise. For an all-you-can-eat buffet, 5 stars. Friendly service, clean. Numerous tasty stir frys to choose from, all as good as you'd get at any local Chinese restaurant. Crab legs, pizza for picky eaters, tasty sushi, fruit, deserts, ice creams, made to order stir fries and more. A tremendous value. Wasn't crowded on a Thu night. Fairly new and seems undiscovered. A very good addition to the Yakima dining scene.
