Stopped by Bliss Small Batch Creamery at University Place Town Center and had a really nice experience.

I ordered the salted caramel in a kid size, while my wife tried Rocky Road and Cookie Monster. The ice cream was delicious, but what impressed me most was the customer service.

We placed two separate orders, and when I mentioned that my wife had also ordered, the staff member proactively said she would add both purchases to the same rewards...

I really like this ice cream, and the staff is always pleasant. We were last there on September 1st, and the kids absolutely love it.

However, I do think someone should remind the staff that the freezers shouldn’t be left open for extended periods. I noticed the freezers because the ice cream wasn’t visible, and it turned out that one of the employees wasn’t closing them. Everything inside was fogged up and covered in frost.

We stopped in and got the blackberry ice cream and the sweet corn ice cream. Both were seasonal and sooooooo delish. A must stop if you're in the area and like ice cream. They also have a huge selection of vegan ice cream which is a nice treat.
