Lovely local with lots of outdoor seating the in the grassy plaza. However, that is where the compliments end. The flavors are hit or miss (my partner and I both got two, and only liked one of each) and the staff were well meaning but inefficient. The worst part by far was the waffle cone. Very thin and brittle with no distinguishable sugar in the mix. The result is more health cracker than anything — I could not finish mine.

Really friendly place. You can sample flavors before you buy. Everything is really fresh. The flavors change with seasons and the highest quality ingredients. The strawberry is like summer in ice cream form. Definitely a place to visit in University Place.

I debated how to rate this place because on the one hand, they don't say 'gluten-free' in their name. So you could be like us and show up with certain expectations - my wife had four bites of chocolate and threw it in the trash. With the prices, that's pretty expensive trash. I thought my salted caramel was a good soft-serve sort of thing, but it was a surprise. And yet while it's not in the name - I can't fully fault them because all of the marketing...
