Love the location, however their AC has been broken for MONTHS. The employees are working their butts off and it's insanely hot inside. I've always loved going and seeing Kylie and Isabelle they are so kind and helpful! I hope someone higher up sees this because their team is probably roasting in these hot days!
I've been going to this location with my wife a few times per month for well over a year. They always made delicious drinks until about a month or so ago. I'm not sure if they started using something different or maybe hired a new barista who isn't making the drinks right, but the last few times we were here the drinks were gross. I hope you can figure out the problem and fix it, because I'd really like to be able to continue supporting this establishment....
We met a friend here for coffee today. The staff was amazing, helpful, attentive, and really doing their job well. The drip coffee was fine, the Earl Grey tea was fine, and our toasted bagels were fine. The restroom was clean.
Free Wi-Fi was available but we did not use it.
The only downsides were uncomfortable chairs and the music was very loud which made it hard for my old ears to hear. Convenient location, ample parking. This site also...
