First time here! Cameron (I hope I spelt it right) was a rock star in there! I watched her take multiple orders while remaining calm, professional and warm :) I work in operations for Dental practices so seeing someone run really efficiently and enjoy what they do makes me happy! She deserves so much credit for keeping the flow:) p.s my drink was really yummy as well!
Their blended fuels are always perfect, but I ordered a water from them and the cup was full of Coffee grind. Makes me wonder if they’re not cleaning their ice caddies properly for their ice scoops…
I love black rock, the coffee is amazing, as is the atmosphere and food. The baristas are also very kind and work very hard, everytime I come in I see them constantly doing something and doing it well. However, everytime I come in theres always only one barista doing everything, I think thats very unfair to that poor barista to be running the drive through and front all by themself, and while I know that they can do it, it shouldn't be done. They should have another barista...
