Chipotle Mexican Grill in Vancouver

“I used to work at Chipotle(different location) and this is the cleanest location I’ve been so far. The line looks clean every time I visit, the manager is very nice, employees are nice. The only thing preventing me from giving them a five star is the food portions, I know they have a very strict rule when it comes to portions but sometimes when I get my bowl from here it doesn’t even look a like a full bowl, more like a partial bowl filled. I often have to ask for just a little bit of more rice and meat when I come. Other than that it’s a great location.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but figured I would after seeing all of the one stars. I went in for a steak and chicken burrito. There was no steak, but they were getting ready to make some. The wait was pretty long (makes sense having to prep and cook) but the manager was very kind and comped my meal. Not often that you get that kind of service at a fast food establishment.

“This Chipotle was SLAMMED this evening and these employees were all working SO hard like machines under intense pressure - fast, efficient and somehow maintained customer service. “MYAH” was truly a badass and I hope the managers of this team are seeing the and then some hustle being put in to make the customers experience both a quality and enjoyable experience. High five guys, I haven’t seen work ethics in a while and I’m uplifted by it.“

“the staff are always friendly and hardworking, very diligent in their duties! lots of negativity and complaints in the reviews for this specific location but I've never had a negative experience while eating here. there used to be cleanliness issues in the dining areas but over the last year I've noted some massive improvement in regards to upkeep and customer service. food quality has consistently risen and it seems attention to freshness has been a focal point by the team. I find that the employees are happy to go out of their way to assist you if you ask politely and treat them humanely.

“my favorite chipotle!! henry made my bowl giving me good portions compared to other chipotles in the area so i had a full bowl!! angelo was super chill and made sure we had everything before we left, and even alerted me when i accidentally left my car keys at the soda fountain!“
