Delicious boba and food, but the bathroom really needs attention— The toilet doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned, no paper towels, hair on the floor, and it didn’t feel clean. Hope this gets addressed, as it takes away from an otherwise great experience.
Delicious drinks for an amazing price! Boba cooked perfectly and the beverages were a bit sweet, but adjustable.
The food was delicious. Perfect bun bo hue and banh mi that were served hot and the meats freshly dropped into the broth. Great place to go with the family or with friends!

Cloud 9 Pho & Teatime is hands down one of the best spots for pho and bubble tea in Vancouver! The restaurant is incredibly clean and spacious, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.
