The server’s are always very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I order my coffee a very specific way and they are happy to comply and most of them know it by heart. I visit a lot of different shops and Orchards is my favorite!

Thank you for such wonderful employees! I have had various bad day where their thoughtfulness and kindness have made all the difference 😊❤️ in the way my day went. I know some may complain because something wasn't exact, but we are all prone to a mistake once in awhile. That compales to the compassion your team has demonstrated and how they all go out of their way to give their best.
