We’ve been to the Vancouver Waterfront location five times and the food and service are remarkably consistent. Today they offered a super colossal Japanese red king crab leg, a true delicacy. It’s the first time in 30 years El Gaucho has offered this type of rare crab. It has exquisite flavor, slightly sweet, firm, and mild.

Outstanding experience. My wife and I had dinner simply on a date night. Food was spectacular, service impeccable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I'd also submitted some advance notes, and they were perfectly attentive to everything. We'll be back!
