Pulled up around 7pm on a Saturday. The sign said closed. There was a nice family getting into their car and said they’re the owners and they closed early because their sons birthday! They stopped everything and offered to open up and serve me right there on the spot. Great people. Please go and support their business if you get the chance.
I’m pretty…white..when it comes to American food, and not understanding what things are here lol but the lady was amazing at explaining things, and didn’t rush me or get annoyed when I had no idea what anything was, she offered samples too. Amazing service, great food, and AMAZING ice cream, reminds me of that ooey gooey ice cream from coldstones. I came at 8 and they were closing early but opened just for me and my 9 month old. First time going in ordered 4 milkshakes and one raspado, delicious! I know sometimes it’s a lot making a bigger order but they did great! Really good customer service was asked how everything was while we walked out appreciate the fact that they asked instead of just letting us walk out, will definitely be going back again!
