This is the worst Dairy Queen! Unfortunately it’s the closest location to my house and my kids love the chicken strip basket but I’m going to drive further from now on, just to avoid this location. One, the employees are often rude. Two, literally every single time I pay for extra ranch and don’t get it. They should shut down online orders if you can't pick them up. Lobby closed. I wouldn't of ordered if I knew I had to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru line for my online order that I already paid for. Almost just gave up and went home.
