Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). I ordered the new Peanut Brittle Crunch Cone. The worker said that they didn’t carry it. I let her know that I had one there 2 days prior. Then she gives me this for $4.
It won’t allow me to put the picture but there was only a little dust on the side of the cone. Sad
I don't believe, or at least hope, this isn't normal. We went in and ordered our food when it wasn't busy. Then, we sat down, and 20 to 30 minutes later, our food came out colder than the Blizzard I ordered. We had ordered for three people. Another couple came in after us, and 7 to 10 minutes later, food was on their table. I don't know the temperature of their food because I didn't ask, so hopefully, they fared better.
