This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. It has been for many years. However, I was very disappointed with my last visit there for my birthday lunch. My sister treated me to lunch. The food was great as always. But as soon as we sat down, we were asked if we were ready to order. Then we were told their tea machine wasn't working, so no tea. We asked for lemon for our water.
