Pasta, bread & salad were great! It's a little pricey for counter service but every bit as good as any sit down pasta place I have been to. Plus it's on the water front so it's a great location! Everything is a la carte which tends to make meals pricier but the salad & bread was enough for two people to split. I will definitely go there again!

The Potato Gnocchi with clams, Caesar salad, and roasted brussel sprouts are our go to order. The potato gnocchi are like little pillows of mashed potato heaven, clams blanketed in breadcrumbs and bacon with just enough of a briny bite, salad a perfectly tossed, Parmesan coated masterpiece, and Brussels sprouts receive a blanket of parm with a delicious mustardy sauce on crispy addictive roasted Brussels.Must eat. We are addicted.

Food was subpar.Pasta was meant to be al dente, but was still undercooked, unevenly as well. Can see some ends sticking together and much harder than the rest.Added the pork belly to my carbonara. Was not tender. Sauce was okay.Squid dish has good spices. The fried calamari was a waste of money.Service was just then taking your order and bringing it out to you.At the end of the meal, felt like this place was just an impasta

I don’t think I have had a pasta dish that can top this one from Grassa omg it was so good. There were a lot of Innovative items to choose from on the menu. I asked my server to bring me something good and she they did not disappoint! I loved that for me.

So I wasn’t very fond of the overall Grassa experience. I ordered the Brussels, Meatballs, Baked Eggplant Parm, and a Pilsner. The thing which I didn’t like is that they didn’t have a Server come to table for things like a Beer. You had to grab it from the front. Also, ordering and tipping ahead of time felt a little backwards to me. The Brussels had too much of a pickled Mustard Seed Dressing and Parmasean on it, and would be better without too much masking of the Brussel itself. Sorry but I’m not going to give you my personal recipe on that one. The Eggplant was another one where it just felt overly seasoned. The meatballs were ok, but nothing was exceptional. Just kinda missed the mark for me. Tone it down on using too much on everything. Less is more.

Ordered on Doordash and inhaled this before I could get a pic, I'll have to update this review later. This was soooo tasty! I got the Luke and my husband got the carbonara. I had a spaghetti craving that couldn't be stopped, but am finally fully satisfied. When I saw the online menu I thought "only 3 meatballs?" Those meatballs were Thiccc and delicious, I ate both my words and the meatballs so fast. The pasta was really great, it had a little stretchy bounce almost. I've never had that before in pre packaged noodles, so these definitely seem homemade. Sauce had perfect seasoning. I traded some spaghetti for carbonara and loved that too! Love the fried egg on top, was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back in person to try more. Also, prices were great for the portion!

I would translate my raiting to solidly average for the price but convenient. If I need something convenient it's not a bad option.

We go here when we find ourselves at the waterfront around lunchtime on non weekend days. Always spots to sit, food is always fresh and delicious, and everything is very reasonably priced.

At this restaurant you order at the front counter and wait for the food to arrive. They don’t have fountain drinks so sip on your drink lightly. Also, water isn’t offered. The pasta was disgusting, I’ve had better pasta aI wouldn’t came back if the food was free. The staff was friendly and helpful!

I was really excited to try Grassa and it was very delicious! I got the carbonara and garlic bread which I picked based on online reviews. My only struggle is not being familiar with most of the menu items so I didn't know what I might like. The carbonara was very good, I really liked the pasta and sauce. The egg on top isn't my style and the pancetta is pretty fatty like bacon which after I sauce it I knew would make me sick if I ate a lot of it so I just ate around the pancetta. The atmosphere is really nice, you order at the counter and they bring it to your table, and it's a great addition to the waterfront. I would definitely go again!
