“I don’t know if Walter is a new employee although I will say that he did exponential job because I came at 12 and by 1210 he gave me everything I needed on top of that. I requested a shake on top of what I wanted and he said, I will give it to you right now. Just wait right here even though I had a line behind me, which is probably not protocol, but the fact that he did that and took care of me I want to give him a five stars. I love Jack-in-the-Box and Walter you are amazing thank you guys.“

“I can’t really rate atmosphere, but just because of two young men at the drive thru counter I am taking the time to write. What excellent and considerate service I’ve received there! I fast frequently, so I’ve only ordered the fries and curly fries. I think the fries are better, personally.
JinB doesn’t usually fit my style, but I’ve returned twice simply because of my first experience, and after having consistent service… figured I’d share. (I have always visited in the evenings.)“

“The man working the window today around lunch time had phenomenal customer service, some of the best fast food services I've ever received and trust me, I get fast food a lot. I am not only pleased with my meal, but also deeply grateful for the pleasant experience. I feel a raise should be applied to this young man immediately . I do not remember his name unfortunately but managers, if you are reading this, trust that your lunch time window employee on 8/25 is among the best in the state, maybe even country and he is bringing my money back into the business from this day on.“
