The boba is great, the staff is ok but looks like their turnover is high ive gone here almost 2 years and never had the same person twice. Biggest issue is they are ALWAYS out of stuff. And its usually the more popular flavors. They have a sign and say supply shortages, but honestly if you dont know how to keep your supply up then maybe youre in the wrong business.

It's a really nice place and the menu is huge, but the coffee milk tea doesn't hit. It's almost bitter and not sweet enough. It is a liquid cardboard.

There are a lot of bubble tea places out there but since moving to Vancouver this has been one of the best we have tried and they are open later than most others so it’s great for those late night cravings!
