Always great pizzas at at great price
Second time in a row my pre-order was incorrect. I pre-order online to NOT have to wait aroune, and yet some how I end up waiting anyway. I will say a HUGE draw back to this location is that they are the only Vancouver location that refuses to take phone orders and rarely if ever answers the phone lines to begin with. Which would have saved me time which I have little of to begin with. 😞 Kinda a bummer. For this reason I'd recommend Hazeldell or The SR500/4th Plain location.
When I came in, nobody greeted me and when I got my pizza I needed some red crushed pepper packets as the area they were supposed to be in was empty. I tried to get the attention of the young lady that was cleaning out deep dish containers.and she was clearly visible and you could obviously see me, I said “ EXCUSE ME “ over 4 times very loud and it appeared she was purposely ignoring me.
