The staffer taking orders and making pizzas was incredible at getting everything done and tamping down waiting customers' attitudes. I learned tonight that this company doesn't take phone orders and I can see why seeing how much has to be done in the shop at a break-neck place. Yet I can also see that a third staffer on hand is very much needed. Pizza dough was good and pizza had a good flavor but my overall opinion when I got home was that it needed to be cooked...
The staffer here this morning was alone but her mood was nearly infectiously happy, her service was exceptional, and she made me want to return just for how much she seemed to enjoy what she was doing.
