Best 4 am breakfast burrito ever!

My wife and I have been going there for years. And about a month ago plus things started changing. We go 1 to 2 times a week. the services always good. The food has changed dramatically. I called and talked to the manager and just saying, I'm trying to help you get something's not right. We went a week ago. And it was good. We went last night and it was terrible. The sauce isn't the green and red sauce are watered so they're cutting witch is understandable, but the the taste is just not there now maybe by leaving a review, they might change things They said they haven't changed anything. Well, the taste isn't there.
And as many times as we come there, we know it's a shame been going there for 20 some years.

Again HAIR IN THE FOOD.

I’m officially done eating here. I’m handicapped and they made me drive my food back down to show them the hair so I can get my money back. 💥💥💥💥not cool

12 inch hair in my taco. I just can’t spend $30 on food with hair. So gross. 12 inches of hair pulled from my mouth. I am freaking out.

for fast Mexican food its not bad, its not amazing but not bad. like the McDonald's of Mexican fast food. better than taco bell but not the best.

I just spent $90 on food in this restaurant and they couldn't even give us enough salsa for each of the items that we ordered and did not have napkins for us.
This is by far the worst service I have ever had in the mucho's chain. We will not be back!

I remember when this was a closed down A&W and then Muchas Gracias opened up and its been my favorite location since. Always great portions and always delicious

This has always been the best muchos Gracias place I ever visited. It’s very clean, the food is very fresh (you can taste it). Service is very welcoming. I have ate at about 12 of them in my time in Oregon, I know they are franchised but this one is definitely different from all the others and I highly recommend eating here if you get a chance! There is also extras that the other locations don’t even bother giving you compared to this one!!
