Great dj on Fridays. Usually packed and filled with locals. Cheap drinks and fun vibe.

For a Sunday morning, there was a good crowd. There was 1 bartender / server, her name was INA, and she rocked. I have never seen someone move as fast and multi-task as she did, and she always had a smile on her face and was polite to all customers. The cook was awesome as well cooking and bringing out the food to the customers, and he was polite as well.

Now, the $8.00 breakfast choices are awesome, and just the right amount of food to fill you up.
My new breakfast spot from now on.

Good food good service clean and good atmosphere plus the weekend breakfast specials are awesome. Can take my wife and I there for under $20 bucks for a weekend breakfast.

I ordered food from this place and it was not good, the food I ordered was crapy, I ordered sliders it was a tosted bun with a piece of hamburger on it no sauce cheese or anything, a handful of mini corn dogs, will never order from them ever again

Absolutely insane value. $8 for steak and eggs breakfast which was honestly very good. I've paid twice as much for something half as good. Curious what their profit margin is on the breakfast, it's got to be breaking even at best or a loss lead to sell drinks. Don't sleep on this spot!

Best price breakfast in Vancouver. Kirkpatrick's has 6 different breakfast specials that are just $8 each. Coffee is $3.25. Together it's just $11.25 total. I ordered the bacon and eggs. The over easy eggs were spot on. I asked for the hashbrowns to be well done. They weren't. They give you three good size pieces of bacon. If you like crispy, you're in luck. I don't like my meat to be brittle but I'm confident that if I ask next time to omit the carbon 14 test, they'll be more to my liking. The toast was garden variety, white toast. The coffee was ok. The fella next to me ordered the chicken fried steak AND the French toast. Both looked ample and tasty. VIBE: I not a fan of the obligatory TVs and loud volume at sports bars. So I braced myself for drinking from a fire-hose of sight and sound. But I was relieved to discover the TVs at Kirkpatrick's weren't obnoxious and the volume was off at 9:30am. I was able to talk comfortably. The bar has a half dozen beers on tap and a few token wines. No craft cocktails here. Just one sweet vermouth (Martini & Rossi) and it's not refrigerated. But they're well equipped for pedestrian cocktails. The proprietor, Kevin is very friendly and takes pride in his work. This is the best kept secret for anyone looking for a low price breakfast in Vancouver. I need to try the steak and eggs next time. And...yes. That's $8 too. A spacious and clean sports bar with a lot of TVs, perfect for football. The food is really good, both the weekend $6 breakfast special and lunch, especially the buffalo chicken. The bartenders/servers are very nice and friendly, as are the cooks
