Absolutely insane value. $8 for steak and eggs breakfast which was honestly very good. I've paid twice as much for something half as good. Curious what their profit margin is on the breakfast, it's got to be breaking even at best or a loss lead to sell drinks. Don't sleep on this spot!
Best price breakfast in Vancouver. Kirkpatrick's has 6 different breakfast specials that are just $8 each. Coffee is $3.25. Together it's just $11.25 total. I ordered the bacon and eggs. The over easy eggs were spot on. I asked for the hashbrowns to be well done. They weren't. They give you three good size pieces of bacon. If you like crispy, you're in luck. I don't like my meat to be brittle but I'm confident that if I ask next time to omit the carbon...
