“This isn't a restaurant, so don't look for places to sit or chat or enjoy a soda or candlelight dinners. This is an order and pickup spot and Papa Murphys has been doing that and doing better each year some before I was in 7th grade (I'm 43). We have always enjoyed Papa's variety, quality, and value. Prices have gone way up in 10 years, but it's still a good value, $10 cheaper than a loaded cooked to order pizza from somewhere else. Plus you can get 20%, 9r 50% off sometimes amd perks if you join the rewards program. We will keep coming here as long as they keep the variety up and prices down.“

“I was placing an order online. My order wasn’t processing correctly so I swiped out and started again, that order went through. I then get a call from PM’s saying I had two identical orders, did I want both. I thought it was great that PM’s team did just assume I wanted both, but they called to confirm! Well tnd first order went through showing I had two. Way to go PM’s. Ben would be proud!“

“Ordered my pizza online and was able to pick it up at the drive through window. So awesome and convenient! Haven’t had a papa Murphy pizza in years, it was fantastic and delicious! I will definitely be ordering from them way more. Pizza was larger than little Caesar’s and was not greasy like little Caesar’s. Would highly recommended“
“I placed my order through my app marking it asap from the parking lot. I walked in and waited for a customer ahead of me to finish. I was warmly greeted and ask some additional options to add to my order if I would like to. I paid. He went to the shelf of pizza’s that were made and gave me my order.
Baked well at home and tasted great!
Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza, always a great choice too.
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and gluten free options.
Parking: Parking lot in front of the store.
Kid-friendliness: Open foyer and able to watch pizza being made!

“The Vancouver, WA 10917 NE 4th Plain Blvd, 98662 location that I visit is always staffed by friendly and helpful employees. Orders are completed accurately and the food is of great quality. The overall cost of the food is very reasonable and this location allows a dairy-free pizza to be created. Create your own pizza and toppings! A great idea.“
“Super fast and easy to order online, and it was ready early. I spent all of 10 seconds walking in and grabbing my pizza off the rack. The staff was friendly, and the pizza was fantastic. We got the Papa's Favorite, and it was perfect for a night when we didn't have anything good at home for dinner. Everything about the order and the meal was perfect. Thanks!“

“I usually order on the app, and pick up at the store. They always inform me of discounts and freebies available at pick up, and then apply them to my order if I want.Good service and quality ingredients. PM's pizza is one of the few that are good reheated, unlike a lot of the lower quality pizza chains in similar price ranges.I've never had a bad experience with them. Even when I make a mistake when I order (example-accidently order thin crust when I wanted regular), they will always fix it with no hassle, and at no extra cost. Long time repeat customer. My go to when I want a good pizza.“

“The store and product are great, however, the online ordering is set up to only allow bonus points to be used IF you order something NOT considered a SPECIAL item. Unfortunately, whoever set up their online ordering system has SPECIALTY pizza's in that same category. You pay full price for the SPECIALTY pizzas and they are NOT SPECIAL pizzas. They took my points and did not give me my discount even though I paid full price for one of my pizzas. What is the point of getting credits if you can't use them? FIX THAT PROBLEM.“

“It's awesome they have drive threw and lobby. Walk in or drive threw orders are easy to come pick up when I use the app. Pizza is delicious every time! Just the baker has to pay attention to the oven! Don't trust timers all the time lol ok bye gotta go check on my pizza! Lol 😅“
“We always order online for pick up, and our pizza is always ready on time. Even though we just go in for a pick up, we are still greeted warmly and told to "have a great night." It is always a pleasant experience.
Parking: I never have trouble finding parking at this location.“
