I have tried many of the Phở restaurants in Vancouver. This is the best, AND the broth is properly spiced traditional broth.
I will get this phở from now on.
Phở broth is an important part of managing my IBS. This broth is therapeutic for me (without onions).

My go to for Vietnamese food is usually Bun bo Hue, but I wanted to try out Bo Kho, and its a harder item to find at alot of Vietnamese restaurants so I'm glad that Pho Star had it! Lets say it might be my new favorite! Also its absolutely delicious here! Great job Pho star! Pro tip, get it with the baguette over rhe noodles ;)

I'll definitely be coming back!

Best pho on this side of the river- on par with the standard Portland spots like Pho Hung.

Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked meats (tendon melts in your mouth), and excellent broth.
