I got to other locations and am always able to change my chicken pieces for th 2 can dine deal. The only thing I ask is 2 regular a thigh and leg and 3 spicy leg thigh Breast. Tonight she straight told me no she was rude and the chicken skin was dry both styles looked like oil needed changed. Most tables were sticky or dirty won't be back to this location Krista was the manager that was rude
I want to redeem my points in store but on one know how to do, they told me I have to order online and they will prepare for me, and then another gentleman said that I even need to purchase extra food in order to redeem my free food. So, I gave up. Then, I checked online, I don't need to purchase extra food to redeem my points. Disappointed and frustrated.
My wife and I went through the drive thru here the other day. There was a man working the window, I didn't get his name, but he was very attentive and kind. Our brief interaction with him felt like we were being served by a concierge at the Ritz Carlton. His attention to detail and anticipation of our needs was incredible for an interaction at a fast food drive thru.
