Came in tonight on Valentine's day. I didn't realize they were closing soon. I had the best service with great food. I highly recommend the shimpadilla. I appreciate them for giving us great service so close to the end of a busy day. I will definitely be comeback soon.

This was our first time at this place, we really liked it. Nice cozy place, excellent tacos, good service. My wife had carne asada tacos, I had the chicken breast tacos and my daughter had the a carne asada taco and carnitas taco. The food was very good. Nice people too, our waitress, Stephanie was pleasant and attentive. We’ll definitely go back. We added this place to our short list of local restaurants that we frequently visit.

I had business in this area and after that I wanted to eat in this place, but as soon as I parked the car in their parking lot and got out, a woman ran out and started shouting that only restaurant visitors can park here, so I lost the desire to eat there because it is clear that the service there is bad. and all the parking lots were empty.

I love Provecho, it's my little neighborhood favorite. Chips and Salsa are addictive, but know you do pay for them. Many people find this odd, but the quality of the thick-cut chips fried in peanut oil is so worth it. The crunch almost rattles your brain in a good way. This isn't your free basket from regular mexican restaurants. I'm a quality over quantity kinda guy though. The hidden gem here is the soups. The large is massive, it's a full meal and more and they load it up with great ingredients. I have yet to be disappointed. I'm not a big fan of pork so if the soup has pork in it, my next go to is a chicken burrito. It hits all the notes I want, plenty of cheese and big chunks of chicken with beans and lettuce. If you are ordering to go, skip the lettuce though, it's only good when it's fresh from the kitchen. Normally I wouldn't like it for texture reasons, but for some reason it hits perfect here when eating in.

My favorite Mexican restaurant of all time! The food is amazing, fresh and delicious. It’s not the heavy, cheesy food you get in so many Mexican restaurants in the US. Just a heads up for people who expect free chips and salsa. - They are a paid appetizer you order here. Absolutely worth it though!Parking: There is a shared parking lot. Depending when you go, there may be plenty of open spots or none. There is side street parking available too.

Perhaps the best vegetarian burrito I've ever had in my life. Delicious hand cut, homemade chips and salsa and perfect guacamole! Please offer home made habanero hot sauce. The red is hot but it's just not very good on flavor. Please also add sauteed minced mushrooms into the burrito! They have a meat like texture and add tons of yummy flavors to a veggie burrito!Margarita was a letdown, lacking the proper amount of tequila and being served in a regular glass....Again...great chips and salsa (add a little less cilantro!) Many people consider cilantro too strong in most salsas. Some staff (servers) were not as friendly.?.But my server was polite and helpful.

I have eaten at Provecho at least 100 times in the last 10 years. They have the best guacamole in Vancouver, and it is consistent year-round. Their menu is simple with tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and supplemented with a couple of different specials that change frequently. Their service is great, but they get busy during peak dining hours, so expect to wait during these times. They have a couple of vegetarian options, and if you omit the cheese, those options would be vegan. My favorite is the Calabcitas tacos without the cheese.

We arrived at Provecho just a bit too early, and they were still closed. Since we had a bit of time to spare, we decided to pop into a cute little vintage shop directly next door to pass the time instead of just sitting in the car. Imagine our surprise when we returned to the car WITHIN 20 MINUTES to place our purchases in it & get ready to eat, and we discovered a $45 parking ticket from a privately hired company on behalf of the owners of Provecho (the space we parked in was designated for their customers with a little sign). So, because we parked in a "Provecho" spot, but could not immediately enter their establishment because THEY WERE CLOSED, we were gifted with a pre-meal parking ticket. Not exactly the appetizer I was looking forward to. The ticket language is hostile, threatens to increase the "fine" to $85 if it is paid more than 15 days from today, and further threatens collection agency action. They literally must have some person just sitting there WAITING to hop on cars that roll up even 5 minutes before they open at 3, and don't you even think about gazing at a neighboring business while waiting for the doors to unlock! Great welcome wagon, robbing people before they even step foot in the door, we won't EVER be giving you another try as a result of this outlandish strong-arming. And I'll be sure to let everyone else I know that you're operating some sort of shady & punitive racket in the lot. It looked as if we were set to be the ONLY customer looking for food from Provecho at that hour, as the rest of their precious spots were empty, too bad they're more interested in charging for pavement than impressing customers.*I WILL be filing an official complaint with the State of Washington Office of the Attorney General against Provecho, and the privately contracted "parking authority" based out of Spokane. This surface lot is shared with no fewer than 5 other businesses, it is a no-pay lot, and neither company has the authority to operate in this manner, or assess arbitrary fines at will.

We were going to eat here, but arrived 15 minutes before they apparently open. So we went over to Yogurt Time to wait. Came back out around 10 min after they opened to a big "TOW THIS CAR" note on my windshield. Despite their parking lot being otherwise COMPLETELY empty, they made a rash decision and lost all of me, my girlfriend, and friends' money. Hope they don't need it!
