Put down your fork and run, don't walk, to Provecho Mexican restaurant on Main Street, Uptown Vancouver, Washington. The mole is truly unique and delicious. You'll find yourself CRAVING it. The food is extremely fresh tasting and they give you generous portions. Think: guacamole and salsa that outlasts the chips and not the other way around.
The Oaxacan Mole Enchilada was phenomenal! We could not get enough of the delicious mole sauce! Also one of the best quesabirrias I’ve had in the PNW! Staff was so friendly and gave great recommendations! Will definitely go back :)
Excellent restaurant with great service. My wife and I both found our meals to be delicious. The chile verde and the red enchiladas are both worth trying out. I think this might be the most authentic tasting Mexican restaurant I’ve had in Vancouver. I’ll be back to try their Oaxcan mole. Oh, and don’t sleep on their margaritas. If you see an option for a tamarind/chamoy-flavored one, get it!
