We found this excellent pub our first night living here in Vancouver and it was a warm welcome. The staff was friendly and cheerful and the food was great. I think I've found my new favorite place in Vancouver
We really like Shanahan‘s. However, yesterday, their fish and chips was undercooked and we couldn’t eat it so we just left it and paid. So we will always be Shanahan fans, but we will never try the fish again. We are not ones that will send our meal back.

Shanahan's Pub & Grill offers a laid back, Midwest biker bar atmosphere with delicious fried food served piping hot in generous portions. The outdoor seating area is enjoyable, and prices are reasonable. The chicken gizzards are the best in town, and the bison sliders are delicious. The wings are amazing, and the food service is very fast. The new patio is completely comfortable and fun, perfect for a diverse crowd. While cocktails are average, the team is friendly, and the space is great for hosting events like board game nights. This wheelchair accessible venue stands out with a welcoming environment for both smokers and non-smokers alike. Friday Happy Hour attracts a lively crowd, and dogs are often seen around.
