What a gem! My husband and I were looking for a new place & happened upon the Shorewood Market & Cafe. It's tucked into a fairly large apartment complex & at first I wasn't sure we were in the right spot. Service and food are very good ? I had the filet mignon, baked potato with all the fixings, and asparagus. Steak was the perfect med well, bearnais was so good I drizzled some on top of my asparagus too. Although the aesthetics are quaint with simple plating, it was clean with a very friendly energy. This was my first time there and will not be my last. The crab cakes were fantastic and the wedge salad was a great compliment to them. Staff was right in and prices were perfect. Will try the Shrimp Louie next time.
