There is another sushi Mioga location in Hazel Dell. It is good and fresh. This was my first time at the mall location. I got there right about when they opened. I think some of the sushi was left over from the night before. Tasted and had the texture of stale. One plate I could not even eat; salmon roll. The salmon is basically like lox. Just raw salmon. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in when I went to the mall. However, last time I went (after not having been there in a couple of years due to the pandemic), it was just not clean. The covers to the sushi on the belt were slightly sticky/tacky. The bathroom had no soap (how do employees wash their hands?) and it just generally had gone downhill. I hope this special place will literally clean up their act!
