I recently ordered two $7 cravings boxes from Taco Bell, and due to a food allergy, I requested no tomatoes. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found tomatoes on the food, which I couldn't eat. Later that evening, I drove back to Taco Bell and explained the situation at the drive-thru. That's when I met Gabby, and she went above and beyond to make things right!
Without any hesitation, Gabby replaced my entire order free of charge. On top of that, when I asked if I could order a side of beef for my dog, she kindly said she'd take care of it. Even though the side of beef didn’t make it into my bag, I was finally able to eat something after missing lunch earlier due to my allergy.
Gabby’s kindness and professionalism really stood out, and I truly believe she deserves extra recognition—whether that’s some time off, a raise, a promotion, or maybe even her own store. Taco Bell, you've got an absolute rock star on your team!

“My experience with Taco Bell hasn't always been the best. I don't like to complain about everything, but every time I buy from Taco Bell, I always encounter some problem, although I never leave a review. However, this time I will.
In our order today (Store ID: 030834, Order Number: 345), which included 8 steak chalupas, I can say that 4 of them had very hard tortillas. It seems they made a mistake with a previous order and reheated them for us, as they were extremely hard. If you live far away, it's difficult to return them to get a replacement. It seems like there's no supervisor to ensure the quality of the food. It's really frustrating to pay $61.00 for something that's not in good condition.“

He took the time to patiently listen to my order and made sure to accurately customize it to my preferences.

“Went thru a drive-through around 11:00 PM February 27 2025. ordered food. Everything was fine. Ended up leaving and checking my bag and I thought I was missing something. came back. They gave me the item I thought I was missing. Ate the food on the way back home felt like the bag was a little too heavy for an empty food bag. I left so I ended up digging through. It turns out the food was there. The service was so amazing that they didn’t even ask questions. I appreciate them. It was an honest mistake on my part, but the service was spectacular. Thank you and I’m so sorry.“

“I wish I could give this Taco Bell 100 stars. I am one of those annoying people that orders everything super special and I had left a one star review a few years ago after having received food I couldn't eat when I got home so many times I was going crazy. I am not sure what changed between then and now, but they truly ALWAYS get my food right these days. And they are so fast! Amazing service. Thank you all for putting up with my weird orders. <3“
