We ate in the bar, but I would not recommend it for food service. It's one man getting everyone's orders and drinks, he was great! But he was running around, just needed more help. Food was amazing as always! Just note if your eating in the bar expect some delays.

I got take out last night from this location. I ordered from inside the resturant because I want my food hot when I got home. Everything was fine up untill the take out waitress called a name and insisted that it was mine and I told her that isnt my name and she was like It got rung up under something else but it is your order. I asked her what my order was and she said that is my order. She rang my card and ended up overcharging me for a order that wasnt mine and wasnt even the...

We always enjoy the Spaghetti Factory. Once again, the food was great and the server we had at our table, Matthew, was excellent. Strange "welcome" though when we arrived. We had a reservation and came 10 minutes early. The hostess appeared to be having an off day. A couple was waiting when we arrived and they said they had been waiting awhile with no sign of the hostess. She did come and seat them.
