I had the pleasure of dining here this year & it's utterly amazing. The elevated level of dining and outstanding service easily place this at the top of favorites for me. Just today I read an article The Sedgewick is closing this week due to continued construction and increasing prices on purchasing top quality ingredients to serve. This is a huge loss for Vancouver.

We came here for a birthday dinner and overall had a really nice experience. The ambiance is dark and intimate, which made it feel cozy and perfect for a special night out. The atmosphere definitely sets the tone if you’re looking for something a little more upscale and relaxed. The food was good and thoughtfully prepared, though the menu is on the smaller side with limited options. It’s more of a small plates concept, so keep that in mind if you’re expecting larger portions....

We went on a double date here on a Saturday evening and were sat in the bar area. They have a beautiful and grand chandelier in there.

Service was great! Very informative and attentive. We never needed to look for her. We went with her suggestion to share everything and that made the experience more fun.
