When I first started going to this location, it took 20 to 30 minutes sometimes to get your food and that has improved tenfold in the last year.

And if by chance I do have to wait a long time in line, the food is guaranteed to be hot and fresh so I don’t necessarily mind.

I find that the customer service in the last six months to one year have also improved and have even been pleasant.“

“Coming here and seeing a 4.3 is upsetting cause this place deserves more than a 5 star. I’ve been really into burgers for the past 5 years and have tried a lot of spots that get attention but this place beat all of them by an extremely far amount. I got the fatty sow burger and it was genuinely the best burger I’ve ever had in my life by far I mean no burger comes close to as good as this one was. The sliders were amazing to but also I can’t forget about the waffle fries I got to not only did this place have the best burger I’ve ever tried but also the best waffle fries cooked to absolute perfection with the best fry sauce also. I will definitely be coming here more and hope to see this place gets the recognition it deserves. Also the employees were extremely respectful and comforting I wish I could remember the name of my server but the food was so good that I didn’t really catch his name“

“My family and I stopped in tonight to grab something quick to eat. Tonight was our first time stopping in even though we have thought about it for years…. I’m so bummed we waited this long. My two kids, my husband, and myself all agree this was the best meal we have had in a long time. Also, it was so affordable! Now a days we can’t go grab food for less than $50 and we aren’t happy. Tonight it was less than $40 and our bellies are completely full. Will definitely be back, and let everyone know how good it was. “We went here on a whim. Thank goodness, because it was the BEST garden burger I’ve had in YEARS! Actually maybe over a decade? The lettuce was delicately folded, the tomato seasoned. The patty was delicious. And huge! The fries were so good, and so was the fry sauce. I am so happy we stopped in! My kids loved their burgers and shakes. I am so excited to finally find a place to eat a delicious garden burger! It’s been years since I’ve been excited about a restaurant. The service was also top notch (they clearly care deeply and are knowledgeable and friendly). The space is clean and tidy. I can’t wait to come back. I just wish we lived closer!“

“Hidden gem lunch spot in Gig Harbor!! I stopped at this “secret” little place today randomly when I was out running errands and got a delicious meal for $15! It’s tucked away in a park across from a baseball field so you wouldn’t think much of it but my meal was quick, cheap, and delicious. I was the only person there and I got the Bacon Jack Jalapeño Burger with a side of fries, their Shack Sauce, and a cold Dr. Pepper for $15. It took less than 10 minutes, they brought it to my table, and it was all fresh and hot. Highly recommend this place and will be going back to try their other food. **They are only open til 4 p.m. during the winter“

“This Carl's jr is our go to Burger place. The staff and management are friendly and professional and very helpful to make sure our order is just right every time.
I usually order ahead on the app for pickup but tonight it was late and I had to place my complicated (special requests/customized on all the items) order at the drive thru and Erik was incredibly patient and accommodating and friendly and took care to make sure everything was just right! “I don't often bother to post reviews, but when I found a contaminant in a blizzard this DQ went above and beyond to make it right and make sure it wouldn't be repeated. They offered multiple free blizzards, a refund, investigated all the process points it could have come from, discarded all the ingredient bins that could have been a source, and remade then all to provide us a new blizzard.
