When I first started going to this location, it took 20 to 30 minutes sometimes to get your food and that has improved tenfold in the last year.

And if by chance I do have to wait a long time in line, the food is guaranteed to be hot and fresh so I don’t necessarily mind.

I find that the customer service in the last six months to one year have also improved and have even been pleasant.“

“First time here, highly highly good! The buffalo calamari was really great and surprising. The burger was by far one of the best in tacoma, and fries were on point! I had a shake too and it again beat out most any ive had, and i eat burgers and shakes often. My wife had chicken salad and she loved it. Everything we ordered came out really fast and on point! Cant wait to come back!“

“We went here on a whim. Thank goodness, because it was the BEST garden burger I’ve had in YEARS! Actually maybe over a decade? The lettuce was delicately folded, the tomato seasoned. The patty was delicious. And huge! The fries were so good, and so was the fry sauce. I am so happy we stopped in! My kids loved their burgers and shakes. I am so excited to finally find a place to eat a delicious garden burger! It’s been years since I’ve been excited about a restaurant. The service was also top notch (they clearly care deeply and are knowledgeable and friendly). The space is clean and tidy. I can’t wait to come back. I just wish we lived closer!“

“My family and I stopped in tonight to grab something quick to eat. Tonight was our first time stopping in even though we have thought about it for years…. I’m so bummed we waited this long. My two kids, my husband, and myself all agree this was the best meal we have had in a long time. Also, it was so affordable! Now a days we can’t go grab food for less than $50 and we aren’t happy. Tonight it was less than $40 and our bellies are completely full. Will definitely be back, and let everyone know how good it was. Can’t wait to come back in the summer and try their shakes with real strawberries“

“This Carl's jr is our go to Burger place. The staff and management are friendly and professional and very helpful to make sure our order is just right every time.
I usually order ahead on the app for pickup but tonight it was late and I had to place my complicated (special requests/customized on all the items) order at the drive thru and Erik was incredibly patient and accommodating and friendly and took care to make sure everything was just right! “This store is easy to navigate to. Handicapped parking and handicapped friendly restaurant. Bathrooms were spotless and the rest of the restaurant as well. Service with a smile was on point. “The Burger King in Port Orchard, WA, is my favorite! The staff makes me feel welcome and the facility is kept clean. My last stop there was July 8, 2018. I had a Whopper, fries, onion rings, and ice tea. WONDERFUL!!!!“

“I don't often bother to post reviews, but when I found a contaminant in a blizzard this DQ went above and beyond to make it right and make sure it wouldn't be repeated. They offered multiple free blizzards, a refund, investigated all the process points it could have come from, discarded all the ingredient bins that could have been a source, and remade then all to provide us a new blizzard.
