They need to hire more employees. The drive-thru takes too long, the orders come out wrong, it just is not a good location. I don’t blame the employees, but management needs to hire more people and pay them better.
I mean, it's Burger King. Better than McDonald's. Not as good as Dairy Queen. The play area is closed for COVID too. According to the manager, "They didn't get the clearance yet to open it." Soo, that's dumb.

This location is by far the worst I have visited. The past 3 times I have stopped there food has been bad and service even worse. I was the only one in the drive through and it took them 8 minutes to take my order and 10 minutes waiting at the window for my food. The chicken sandwich bun was so stale and lettuce so brown I didn't eat it. Third time buns so bad they should have been thrown out. One time no tomato or lettuce on my whopper... won't be stopping there again!
