When I first started going to this location, it took 20 to 30 minutes sometimes to get your food and that has improved tenfold in the last year.

And if by chance I do have to wait a long time in line, the food is guaranteed to be hot and fresh so I don’t necessarily mind.

I find that the customer service in the last six months to one year have also improved and have even been pleasant.“

But I want to add that as long as Imelda is working at Carls Jr, I will be eating at Carls Jr. When my wife became disabled, Imelda took the time to open the door for her and always make her feel welcome. This is not normal at all businesses and I cannot express how much it helped my wife’s spirits nor how grateful I am. That experience started about 5 years ago and I always return, occasionally with my wife. Imelda is a cheerful hard worker who is very unassuming and kind. Please be kind to her.“

She remembers us every time we visit. She is genuinely the nicest person ever. We will now only visit the Fircrest location because of her.“

“This store is easy to navigate to. Handicapped parking and handicapped friendly restaurant. Bathrooms were spotless and the rest of the restaurant as well. Service with a smile was on point. Quality of the food was a 10 star. Very pleased with our experience at this location. We highly recommend it.“

“I don't often bother to post reviews, but when I found a contaminant in a blizzard this DQ went above and beyond to make it right and make sure it wouldn't be repeated. They offered multiple free blizzards, a refund, investigated all the process points it could have come from, discarded all the ingredient bins that could have been a source, and remade then all to provide us a new blizzard.
