I came in there after a long day of work and had hungry children. I was in a terrible mood until I met their employee of the month Melissa!! She is great! Amazing customer service and she made my life much easier by taking care of what my picky kids needed!! Thank you Melissa! I see how you were nominated for employee of the month!!!
Good was really good but the kid who took our order and made the sandwiches was rude, short, didn't make eye contact and made a face every time we asked for something more or different.

My only complaint was that the two items I ordered were made on the opposite bread. Mine was supposed to be flat bread, made on Italian, and my husband's was supposed to be italian, made on flat bread. Same sandwich (Italian BMT), just his had all sauce and extra others, whereas mine had no sauce due to sensitivities. And the Flatbread was not toasted. It was an online order, I got there quick, and when I got there, the one gal left the new guy to do everyone's order himself....read full review
