My husband and I just left Arby's in Wenatchee. We ordered crinkle fries and when we received our order they were cold. We requested them hot, they did make us a new order only failed to put any salt on them. There were not any customers in the lobby so they were not busy. No wonder they have had such poor reviews.
The manager in the daytime is very pushy and seems impatient. Got visibly irritated when I wanted to change my order after it had already been assembled. (For which I apologized profusely)
