We stopped at the public market to walk the river and stretch our legs on our 7 hour drive back home from Spokane. We chose SOUTH to grab a snack.
We didn't have a big appetite so we ordered guacamole with chips and salsa.
Everything was rich in color and smell.
I really enjoyed the mix of flour and perfectly seasoned corn chips. Both the red and green salsa choices were delicious. The guacamole was a little chunky, as it should be.

South used to be our go to restaurant. However, we went for lunch just the other day to get our margaritas and guacamole and chips. When the guacamole came it looked nothing there normal smooth and creamy guacamole we eaten dozens of time before. It looked like salsa with a hint of avocados. It was full of tomatoes, I couldn’t find the guacamole in it. When we flagged down the server, he said they changed the recipe a week ago.
