“The size states 14 inch for a large. Nope, not true, just about 10 inches. The pizza is slimy and gooey, absolutely disgusting. Save your money, will never purchase again. I do not recommend this pizza.🤮”

“Our waitress was super nice and the food was very filling, I usually go to a different shop for pho but I wouldn't have gotten there on time, so we picked this place. It satisfied my craving which is hard to do with different places. It was very clean and the food was excellent. I never left a review for a restaurant before but this one deserves it, good job everybody:)”

“Ordered 3 of the Thanksgiving subs with double meat and the gravy to go, got home and no gravy no double meat. Called and complained they offered to remake the subs but I didn’t need 3 extra subs, asked about a partial refund but they would have needed the card on site, so I figured if I had to go back either way I just asked if I could get the rest of the meat. No problem went and picked it up and was offered a soda for free, got home and they didn’t just make up the difference in the amount of meat, they sent 3 cookies and double meat, so we ended up with triple meat. They didn’t just make it right, they went above and beyond. Thank you Firehouse Subs West Richland!”

“Have been coming here for over 15 years. Love their bacon burger and it did not disappoint. Would have given them 5 stars except fries with the burger is now $4 additional. We were charged ,25 cents for each fry sauce and/or Catsup. Then the bill included $1.80 surcharge for credit card. Apparently they have a tiny sign at the bar that tells you of such charge. Unfortunately you almost need to walk over to sit on the right side of the bar to see it.”
