“Bruchis is my family’s go to restaurant for lunch! The service is always phenomenal. The staff is friendly and on top of ordering. I appreciate the simple things Bruchis does well like giving you ENOUGH FRY SAUCE WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK FOR EXTRA. I always order a salad and a kids combo for my daughter and I. They have the consistency down. Out of at least 10 orders there has never not been a fork in my salad container. There have always been 3 fry sauces in my daughters meal which she so very much appreciates, and we are always given napkins. It’s refreshing to go through a drive through and not have to dig through the order looking for errors after the bag is handed to you. Well done Bruchis!“

“Always reliable for a good gourmet burger with lots of fries. We like it because they have 2 different veggie patties that you can sub on any of their specialty burger options. We had the Burnin Love and the Scorpion burger with their Veggie patty and they were both delicious. They were short staffed but the staff was friendly and helpful.

“It's one of the last places to have an indoor playset for kids!! The only reason I come here is for my kids! And they talk about the playset all day! This place wouldn't be fun if the playset were gone.

I generally sit in the bar area and love the bartenders! Martin, Marcelina and Sandra always take good care of me!

“I ordered a special ice cream cake online. When I visited the store on the pickup date, the staff told me that they had no record of my order, possibly due to a system issue. Even after I showed them my confirmation email, they couldn't find anything in their system. They apologized, and I asked them to prepare the cake so I could pick it up the next day.
When I returned to pick up the new order, they told me that since it was their mistake, they would not charge me for the cake. I was very disappointed on the first day, but I was impressed with their service when I returned. While I regretted the time and gas I had wasted, I was satisfied with their compensation.
I would like to commend the manager at DQ for their excellent service. However, I hope they review their online system to ensure that reservations are properly processed in the future.“
