We were hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but our food was delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive. We walked from our hotel which was very convenient. The guacamole was excellent! I had the mole enchiladas, and my husband had the carne asada tacos. Both were really good, and the plates were huge! I would definitely eat here again. It was quiet when we arrived around 5:00, but it was picking up as we left.

We went in knowing of the complaints about price. We’re not price sensitive, so we decided to give it a try anyway.

The good: service. Our waitress was friendly and the right level of attentive. Didn’t bug us constantly but we were never were feeling the need to wave her down. Also lots of options for shaken margaritas and some unusual items like pibil pork.

The bad: mostly everything else. We ordered ceviche that arrived...

Very incredible place. We started with the guacamole...it comes with chips and salsa, there was a ton of chips, and souch guacamole. My wife had spinach enchiladas and I had veggie fajitas, there was sooooo much food. She was able to get one of the two enchiladas eaten and I didn't even make it through half of the amazing fajitas. If you're looking for a great place to eat in Winthrop, this is your best choice.
