“I've been coming here for many many years, their food when you get the correct items is fantastic, especially for the price.
That being said, whether you order online or in person, they make a mistake nearly 50% of the time, and the menus are different between the two, and they refuse to sell you online items in person. Also, I've asked for some substitutions and been willing to pay whatever they want and they refuse to do this.
I went from going a few times a week to a few times a month just because of all the problems, I hope one day they can be consistent.
** Edit ** after leaving the initial review above, I went to get dinner from them tonight and they messed up my order again, I don't understand how difficult it is to fulfill your most frequently ordered item. It almost seems purposeful at this point.“

“Day trip to the westside, where we found this little gem in Redmond. By far, THE BEST Indian Pakistani food we have ever had. With every bite, we could taste how much care & love went into preparing their authentic ingredients. I could have ordered every item on their menu, but decided on lamb korma with pulao rice, chicken korma & samosa. It was plenty for us to share. We met both the owner & chef. “We were visiting Seattle from New York, so we searched on Google and found the best reviews of Shahana Steakhouse. We decided to stop by for the Ramadan Buffet (we visited a couple more restaurants in Seattle), so the best Iftar buffet and the out-of-class service in the Seattle area is here, with excellent customer service and a perfectly managed buffet. I noticed they were crazy busy on weekdays. The restaurant was full of people, and there was a long line; the staff served dates in the line and continued filling the dishes with food, even for families that were joining very late. Everything was fresh and warm, including their delicious pizza, fried chicken, and tikka boti. I loved Shahi Tukray; you must try it if you are there for a buffet. They even served the food at the tables for the customers who came in later. They came to us twice at our table to serve the food. Everything was very well set up, and there was fantastic management. I am going there for suhoor/breakfast and will let you all know about the homemade parathas and omelets. Stay tuned.“

“The uncle who runs the store is honestly one of the nicest people you’ll meet. He’s super friendly, always helpful, and just has a really positive vibe. Even at his age, he’s full of energy and never grumpy, something you don’t always see these days. The way he treats customers and cares about his work really stands out, and it’s the main reason I keep coming back to his store.“

“We had the best first experience at K Street Food! Finding halal Korean BBQ isn’t always easy, so we were so happy to see they offer a dedicated halal menu — such a win.

The restaurant itself is spacious, bright, and very clean. The grills were spotless (which matters so much for BBQ), and everything felt well maintained and comfortable.

Now the food 😍 — the meats were incredibly flavorful and tender, and the sides were just as delicious. Every plate that came out made us more excited to keep grilling. The halal menu is on the pricier side, but honestly it feels worth it for the quality and portion sizes you get.

It’s a large restaurant with plenty of seating, but it’s clearly popular, so I’d definitely recommend making a reservation. Such a great spot for a fun night out!“

“I was really really impressed with Tanoor! Loved it. I come from Brazil and my Godfather is Lebanese, so the food here was very nostalgic to me. Finally found a place with great Baba Ghanoush and the pita bread is to die for. The most nostalgic was sfiha, tho here they're made a lot more fancy than what I'm used to lol.

“I tried this place today based on Google reviews. I had the gyro and side of falafel. Food tasted really fresh and seasoned well, I was pleasantly surprised. I especially appreciated the good service. If i could change one thing about the service though, it would be hand washing, because they just went straight to prepping my order. “Restaurants in Seattle area are on a whole another level. There's atleast 20 places offering buffet alone. Each competing with the other to offer you the best. Today I went to Biryani Palace in Bellevue and my experience was no different. The ambience is great. There are two sections with veg and non veg on either sides offering a host of dishes. I tried karampudi chicken, shola kabab, mutton pepper fry, amravati chicken curry, hyderabadi biryani and some methi chaman and pav bhaji masala. For desserts I tried the mango fruit salad. All the meats are halal and for $12.99 per person you get some great food with friendly customer service who restock often and treat you like a king.“

I ordered the Cow Foot soup which did take quite some time to prepare, but I was taught "good food takes time". Amazing experience! The flavor and spice was so deep and rich at a level I've never had before. The heat was very strong, but I loved it. The service was kind and warm. My second time was jollof rice with lamb. It was early lunch time so it was quiet. The owner's young son was not shy and made me feel like part of the family while I waited for my order. The food was full of flavor and big in portion. “Unassuming small cafeteria style Indian restaurant on Bellevue Way. The chicken is cooked perfectly. Nice and tender. The sauces have a good depth of flavor. The mam at the register (the owner?) is generous with samples of the sauces so that we picked what we liked. My wife and I got 2 dinners worth for $65“
