“I ordered two Starbucks traveler units for an early morning volunteer event, fully expecting to wait 20+ minutes. To my surprise, they were ready when I walked in! Dani was working and completely made my day. She greeted me like she’d known me for years (even though we’d never met), recognized my name from the mobile app when I placed a separate drink order, and let me know right away that my travelers were good to go.

She was welcoming, kind, intentional, and fully present—at 6am on a Saturday, no less. She shared with me that they now have a machine that allows them to prep traveler units in just 3 minutes, which is a total game-changer. But even beyond the efficiency, Dani’s customer service was what stood out most.

“I'll start by saying there's easily 10+ locations all within similar distances to my house, so my options are unlimited when it comes to where I buy my drink. This location is by far superior to the rest. The staff working here are absolutely fantastic! From day 1 they have been extremely kind, customer service has always exceeded expectations and my drink is always excellent and well made. Unfortunately I've only learned a few names so far but morning crew deserves some major recognition for how well they do their jobs. I'll learn more names so I can give proper recognition. After I visit this location I feel like I'm filled with good energy to start my day that makes me excited to come back. Keep up the awesome work yall are killing it!!“
