I was at LabCorp across the street for fasting labs, so I wanted to get something to eat immediately after! I walked across the street to this unassuming cafe and it was such a cute place! Shout out to taste and see for being close or else I would have never found this hidden gem in town! A cold brew and a warm pastry is perfect for this warm weather, yes absolutely! Service is on point! The barista is super friendly and helpful with choosing the right drink in my opinion. This is a very sweet family owned cafe and used book shop. They have a decent selection of food (including multiple gluten free options options!), traditional coffee drinks plus some extras like champurrado! There are couches for hanging and it's usually really quiet. Definitely some religious overtones to the book selection, buy also plenty of secular fiction and nonfiction.
