I had some work to do and I decided to find a place to grab a quick energy drink and sit down to study for a few hours.

I heard about this cute coffee shop on campus from a friend and today I finally decided to give it a try!

I didn't have to stand in line very long and the service was quick and efficient. The barista that helped me was very sweet and friendly.

I ordered an 24oz orange pomegranate lotus. It was perfect and I liked that they used mini ice cubes from a professional ice maker.....it tastes better and leaves room for more beverage in my opinion.

The atmosphere was energetic with having a lot of students coming in and out to study. However, the combination of the smell of coffee shots and the quiet music playing in the background made the vibe feel cozy.

I would recommend going to Sopho's Mojo if you want a quality beverage, quick filling snack, and a good place to study.

My only suggestion would be to bring your headphones to cut down on the noise and help make studying a little easier.

Great coffee, reasonable prices and mostly good baristas ( a couple of the newer ones are slow movers, seem to forget there are two windows). Ashley is the best. “I frequently purchase an iced mocha and a newspaper here during my morning walk. Service is always excellent. My complaint is with management. They recently installed new payment machines, and rather than improving on the old system, they have made it worse. Under both systems it is impossible to leave a tip for your workers when paying with a credit card. This is the only take-out business I know of that treats their workers like this. Also, under the “new and improved” system, I cannot pay for my newspaper and mocha in the same place. I have to go through the grocery store checkout to pay for the paper. Very inconvenient and unaccommodating. Please do better!“

“We visited this Starbucks location on the 4th of July. It was quite busy, especially the drive-thru, but the staff remained incredibly accommodating throughout our visit.

We had a couple of hiccups—my older son purchased one of their reusable mugs and wanted to have hot cocoa in it, but the lid wouldn’t close properly. Blanca was so kind and told him he could exchange it for another one.

Then, my 5-year-old accidentally knocked over his hot cocoa, spilling it everywhere. My husband helped clean it up, and without hesitation, the staff made him a new drink.

Everyone was so understanding and helpful despite how busy they were. Special thanks to Blanca for her kindness and patience—it made a big difference. Thank you!“
