I frequently purchase an iced mocha and a newspaper here during my morning walk. Service is always excellent. My complaint is with management. They recently installed new payment machines, and rather than improving on the old system, they have made it worse. Under both systems it is impossible to leave a tip for your workers when paying with a credit card. This is the only take-out business I know of that treats their workers like this.
