Love the product but the website let me order prepacks they didn't have so they charged me extra to fresh pack one. The person I talked to didn't seem to understand and was either new or spacey. Very unprofessional of them.

Cake icing flavor was delicious, but pumpkin cheesecake was not. Customer service was good only complaint was the lady didn't change the gloves she was cleaning with spic and span before handling food. Will be back

Like their almond coffee ice cream. The lady was really nice. Basic service. She answered every phone call she got. Their prices are okay considering I only got one scoop. So I don't know if I would recommend. It was just an okay experience.
