First time going and place was nasty they have a shared bathroom with men and women so nasty in there i even saw a needle told employees but didn’t do nothing about it and we got our order nd half our food was missing went back and showed the receipt was missing 3 more chicken strips and some hamburgers showed the lady and she gave an attitude and even said we was lying that we ate everything already but I check while the food was still at the counter so no one didn’t eat...read full review
This establishment is always a let down. from 2 peanuts in my peanut buster parfait to guaranteeing the blizzards are pre done, frozen and half mixed. It’s every time so it’s not just certain people that aren’t very good at quality it’s the team at this point. It’s a shame because it really is darn good food and desserts when they want to do them right.
Terrible customer service. Staff is all smiles with each other, rude to customers. Asked for a tray, the manager pulled a dirty tray out from under a stack of gloves and put my food on it. when I told her how gross that was she shrugged and slid it back under everything. Awful.
