Looks like dude tossed it all in the bag. My nacho fries were all over, picture taken after I put them in the cup. I had to dig for the cheese. Nobody asked which hot sauce I wanted, just tossed a bunch of Mild in the bag, which should've been a box of 12 neatly organized tacos, not just a pile in a paper bag.
Has to be one of my worst service at a Taco Bell! :(I placed an order thru the App and yet 5 customers that ordered AFTER my placed order got their food before I did. The gal at the counter even asked me twice what I was waiting for and she asked the crew where my order was. After, what I assume was a negative answer, she proceeded to make my order. Here's the kicker, after she made the order, she placed it at drive thru counter. I had to get her attention and asked for my order....read full review

At times, they're more oriented to drive up service than walk in. Inside, there was no counter service or anyone greeting you, just electronic order & and pay option and waiting. I literally saw three drive up orders placed, processed and driving away with food after I had placed my order. Finally, I haled someone, and she was pleasant and gave me my drink cup, but still, the cars rolled thru the drive thru. This was around 1:45 p.m.
