Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). Great fast service. Treats was perfectly made. Drive thru was unobstructed and easy to maneuver thru as it's wide open. Love DQ! Ice cream 🍦
They mess up a lot, takes a long time to get your food even if you order online ahead and it says ready it's not. They claim it's short staff issues. Either they need a whole new crew or management needs to hire more people, or fix lazy issues if that's what it is. One lady in there moved like a snail while I waited for my order that said was ready when it wasn't even after driving time after saying it was ready it still hasn't been ready.
